What areas do you serve?

We serve Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, Tempe, Queen Creek, Phoenix, Ahwatukee, Apache Junction and Scottsdale. Enter your address at booking to confirm instantly.

What items can you remove?

Couches (standard, XL, reclining and sleeper), love seats, sectionals of any size, convertible sofas, recliner chairs (including power recliners), oversized chairs, futons, chaise lounges and ottomans. Each extra piece of the same type costs less than the first.

Do you remove couches with bed bugs?

No — we’re unable to remove any couch or furniture with a known or suspected bed bug infestation, for the safety of our crew and other customers. If you suspect bed bugs, please contact a licensed pest control company first.

What is Full-Service Couch Removal?

With Full-Service, you don’t lift a finger. Our crew comes inside and carries your couch out — living rooms, bedrooms, upstairs, tight hallways — and hauls it away. Full-Service adds $30 to your order.

What is Curbside Couch Pickup?

Curbside is our most affordable option. Place your couch in front of your garage or in your carport by 5AM on pickup day and we’ll take it from there — no one needs to be home.

How is pricing determined?

Pricing is based on the items you select and whether you choose curbside or full-service. Couches start at $80, love seats and chairs at $50, and each additional piece of the same type costs less. Every booking has a $50 minimum and a $4.50 service fee.

Can I see my price before committing?

Yes — our online booking shows your exact price in real time as you build your order, so there are no surprises at the door.

What if I’m not sure what type of couch I have?

No problem — our booking form shows each type with a picture: standard, XL, reclining and sleeper couches, sectionals, love seats and more. If you’re between two, pick the closest match and add a note; we’ll sort it out.

What if I have several pieces or a full living room set?

We’ve got you. Add every piece to the same booking — each additional piece of the same type is discounted, and it all goes in one trip.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We use secure online payment only — enter your card at checkout and you’re charged upfront when you book, so there’s nothing to settle in person. We don’t accept cash, check or any in-person payment.

Are there any hidden fees?

No hidden fees — what you see in your total before you book is exactly what you pay, including the flat $4.50 service fee. The only add-ons are stairs (+$20) or disassembly (+$20) if either applies, both shown before you confirm. One exception worth knowing: cancelling the same day as your pickup carries a $20 fee, and curbside bookings where items weren’t placed out carry a $45 trip charge — both non-refundable.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as soon as you know your date — but we often have next-day availability, so don’t hesitate to book on short notice.

Do you offer next-day service?

Pickups run Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Book online and choose any open date — often the very next pickup day.

What time windows are available for pickup?

Curbside pickups run on a flexible 5AM–5PM window since there’s no need for anyone to be home. Full-service pickups get a choice of 8AM–12PM or 12PM–4PM, with a 30-minute heads-up text before we arrive.

Do I need to be home during the pickup?

For curbside, no — just have your couch out by 5AM and we’ll take it from there. For full-service, someone needs to be home to let the crew in.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel?

Life happens — use the inquiry form to let us know as early as possible and we’ll get you rescheduled. Please note: cancellations made the same day as your scheduled pickup carry a $20 fee, and curbside bookings where items weren’t placed out for pickup carry a $45 trip charge — both non-refundable.

How will I know when the crew is on the way?

For full-service pickups, you’ll get a text about 30 minutes before we arrive. For curbside, just have your couch out and ready by 5AM on pickup day.

What if my couch is inside the home?

That’s exactly what Full-Service is for — our crew comes in and carries it out, no matter where it is in the home. If it needs to come apart to fit through a doorway, add disassembly when you book.

Will there be any damage to my property?

Our crew takes care navigating tight spaces, doorways and stairs, and works to protect your floors and walls throughout the job.

Yes. Pickups are fulfilled by Strong Junk Removal, our locally owned pickup partner, who is fully insured — so your property and the crew are covered throughout the job.

What happens to my couch after pickup?

We donate couches in good condition to local charities whenever possible. Anything that can’t be donated is taken to local recycling and disposal facilities, where wood, metal and foam are recovered wherever possible.

Is Couch or Sofa eco-friendly?

We take it seriously. Donation comes first, recycling second, and the landfill only as a last resort — keeping as much bulky furniture as possible out of Arizona landfills.

We don’t issue tax receipts, since we decide on donation after pickup. If you need a receipt, please donate directly to a charity.
