Please carefully read these Terms before using our service. By using our service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our service.

1. Service Description:

Couch or Sofa offers a comprehensive couch removal service that combines curbside convenience with full-service assistance. Our service, fulfilled by Strong Junk Removal, provides you with the flexibility of curbside pickup. Simply place your couch outside at the designated date and time, and our team will handle the rest. Alternatively, if curbside pickup is not feasible, our full-service option ensures the removal of your couch from inside your home, offering you a hassle-free solution for a seamless removal experience.

2. Booking and Payment:

To book a sofa removal, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your name, contact details, pickup location, and any specific instructions.

Payment for the service is due at the time of booking. We accept various payment methods as specified on our website.

3. Cancellations and Refunds:

If you need to cancel your removal, please contact Strong Junk Removal to cancel the appointment. Additionally, send an email to info@couchorsofa.com to notify us of the cancellation.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup may not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the cancellation request. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Limitations and Exclusions:

Our couch removal service covers standard couches. Additional fees may apply for oversized or non-standard items.

We do not remove couches infested with pests. Please refer to our FAQ section regarding couch removal with pest infestation.

While we strive to provide reliable and efficient service, unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond our control may affect the scheduled pickup time or availability.

5. Liability:

Couch or Sofa and Strong Junk Removal shall not be liable for any damage, loss, or injury arising from the use of our service, except where prohibited by law.

We are not responsible for any damage to the property or the customer that may occur while the customer is placing the couch outside for curbside pickup.

6. Intellectual Property:

All content, logos, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with Couch or Sofa are the exclusive property of the company. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
